What are we looking for in our potential new members?
Throughout the recruitment process, Gamma Phi Beta utilizes values-based recruiting in order to select women who uphold our values of Love, Labor, Learning, and Loyalty. Each of our values corresponds to the 5 standards of membership, which you can read about to the right. These standards ensure that new members of Gamma Phi Beta understand the importance and commitment to being a member of our sisterhood.
Gamma Phi Beta participates in Panhellenic Formal Recruitment each fall semester.

Gamma Phi Beta will be having open house events after Panhellenic's Formal Recruitment period. If you missed the deadline for formal recruitment registration or have recently decided to become a part of Fraternity and Sorority Life we would love to see you at our events.
